Richard and Kendra Jackson are creators of an award winning public access television show The RAM Jam TV Show which is an acronym for Random Acts of Music. Random Acts meaning any genre, any music, any time and was made for independent artists. Running on an accumulative of 10 years, the RAM Jam TV Show is shown in New York and Los Angeles, CA as well as filmed in Northern Virginia.
Our mission started simple, to find our passion and do it. What we discovered in filming was this: When we were developing and taping RAM Jam the artists who would come in to perform would get a tour of the entire studio. Without fail when we stepped into Studio A which features a fully functioning kitchen, out of all of the genres, the Rapper's eyes would light up regardless of who they were! They were the only group who was taken by the kitchen every time. So our challenge to them became, meet me in the kitchen, if you're not too chicken. We challenge Rap Artists worldwide to come show off their musical skills in the kitchen and share a recipe or two with members of a live studio audience.
